Fidelis Care has already released its allowance spendable plan for 2025 OTC benefits. The OTC plan 001 monthly allowance is $117, in which you can buy OTC items, healthy food, home and safety items, Gas utility and rent help are included in the plan.

In Plan 002, there is $110 quarterly allowance, and you can only buy OTC items.

In plan 003, there is $219 quarterly allowance, and you can buy OTC items, healthy food with eveything in plan 001.

The Fidelis OTC card is a program for Fidelis Health care members to buy over the counter items online and at retail store with a balance loaded into the OTC card monthly or quarterly.

How To Apply For Fidelis Otc Card

You can apply for the Fidelis OTC card from your health care member portal in few steps:

  1. Copy this link in your web browser: https://members.fideliscare.org/en-us/fidelislogin
  2. Click on Get Started with Entry Key ID
  3. Enter your Email and click next
  4. Enter your Key ID and password
  5. You will be logged in
  6. Now go to the OTC section on the dashboard
  7. Click on apply for OTC card
  8. Enter your mailing address
  9. You will receive the card in 7-10 business days

Last method that is you can order by phone, just Call on the number of Fidelis Care OTC customer service line at (855) 402-4806. Give them your member ID and other necessary information. You will receive the card in 10 working days.
